In May, new suggestions are proposed: frog legs in persillade, snail small gray and its homemade persillade, new grilled, andouillettes, pork fillet of Bigorre with ventrèches, eggs Meurettes and our homemade desserts...
While waiting for the Fine Days and the opening of the Gared'n, we begin this first week of May with a simple menu, a Winegrower and festive cuisine served on the Station Hall side, accompanied by entertainment and a wine list at the height of the region.
