In the heart of St Chinian wine country, Gaëlle and Sébastien Caille offer you a warm welcome to « Le Terminus »,  a characterful former railway station situated between Quarante and Cruzy.    Le Terminus is listed in the Les Tables du Gourmandes, a guide to some of the finest restaurants in Languedoc.

Gaëlle and Sébastien describe their food as « bistronomique ».  The menus are changed according to the season and include regional meat and fish dishes made with fresh locally sourced produce.

Fixed price menus range from 12€ on weekday lunchtimes, to 22€, 28€ and a la carte.

In addition to the tastefully decorated bistro, « Le Terminus » offers

  • Food served on the terrace, lightly shaded during the day, and atmospherically softly lit at night with the sound of crickets and a water-fountain in the background
  • Wine bar – On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in summer, a tapas style bar is open from 7pm where a local winemaker offers you the chance to enjoy regional food and drink
  • Function room – for weddings, christenings, birthdays and other gatherings, a private air-conditioned room for up to 100 people
  • Pizzas and precooked dishes to takeaway (pre-booking only)
  • Birthday cakes and Gateaux made to order
  • Gift vouchers
